This is why it is important. to find book with a trained professional to ensure that proper lash lift procedure is being followed.

+ What is the lash lift aftercare process?

maintenance of your lash lift is very low effort, but crucial! Remember, I am lifting your lashes in a direction that they do NOT normally grow. This means that any movement that alters the direction of the lift needs to be corrected in order to maintain your results. ⁣⁣⁣

For 24 hours after your lift, avoid getting your lashes wet when showering + washing your face, and refrain from wearing any eye makeup.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣blow drying lashes any time they’re wet post the 24 hour period. Brushing up while blow drying them will set them back into place perfectly.

If you are an eyeliner or mascara fiend, I highly recommend using Micellar cleansing water to remove. It’s most gentle and requires less rubbing.

In addition to following these simple steps, you can (and should) add a keratin conditioning serum to your routine to enhance your lash health and growth. Serums are available for shipment or in store. For my clients who sleep on their stomach or side, have bad seasonal allergies, frequently workout, surf + hot yoga, and anything or that sort, I actually require the serum for optimal results. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

+ Can you still use mascara with a lash lift?

yes you can! if you miss the density that mascara gives you, using it on top of your lift will make your lashes look INSANE!

just remember, diligent aftercare is key. when you remove your mascara, it’s inevitable that you are rubbing to thoroughly remove. that rubbing motion alters the direction of your lashes, so brushing + setting them back is crucial to how they stay!

A lash lift can last up to 6-8 weeks depending on individual growth cycle and aftercare.

+ How do I maintain my lash lift?

in the first 24 hours:

• Keep eyes dry and avoid contact with water, steam, and sweat.

• Avoid rubbing eyes
